The Adega House - Welcome

The Adega House is a converted wine distillery, next to the impressive old ‘Adega’ wine cellar with its massive old oak barrels and wine troughs.

Every year a superb wine is pressed in this Adega using traditional methods. The Adega House has its own driveway to a cobbled courtyard, where on hot days guests can eat in the shade of the olive trees. It is built in the style of a Portuguese village house and is comfortably furnished.

The Adega House can sleep four people in two double bedrooms. There is a cosy corner bench around the kitchen table, as an alternative to the large outside dining table on the terrace. The sitting room has direct access onto the terrace and is furnished with big comfortable armchairs and a sofabed. The open fireplace gives the room atmosphere.

Everything is on the ground floor: the living and dining room with French doors onto the terrace, kitchen with gas hob and oven, microwave, two twin bedrooms, bathroom (bath with overhead shower) with WC and bidet, satellite television, DVD player, entrance hall, private courtyard, shared use of the pool (6m x 10m, 0.8m - 2m deep) from Easter - October
